food/ eating habit

I eat 3 meals every day. Sometime I heared that I did not eat breakfast today because of getting up late. But for me, it is unbelievable. Because my family eats breakfast everyday, it is my habit to eat breakfast and 3 meals, even if i am not hungry. it is very healthy but not good for losing weight. So, i eat lots of vegetables and fruits each meal. It is good for me that i don't have disliking food.
